Client Services Administrator - Accounting Firm

Perth, WA

Public Practice Experience Required

Our client is a high standard boutique accounting firm and they are seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their ever-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Director Support

  • Screen and manage Director’s calls; address client needs promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate client and personal appointments.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings.
  • Handle general correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

General & Client Services

  • Draft client engagement letters and set up new client jobs.
  • Compile and maintain client tax packages, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Manage ATO portal and Xero database, including client updates and billing information.
  • Process client lodgements, notices of assessment, and activity statements.
  • Oversee end-of-month invoicing and mail distribution.
  • Assist in scanning, filing, and maintaining client records.
  • Provide general administrative support to all team members.
  • Corporate Services

  • Prepare annual ASIC company statements, letters, and invoices.
  • Coordinate the setup of new companies and trusts, liaising with ASIC and legal partners.
  • Handle ATO applications for TFN / ABN, GST, and PAYG registrations.
  • Maintain corporate volumes and filing systems.
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential (at least 3 years).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Xero and ATO portal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
