Overview
The Media Account Coordinator supports the media team by coordinating account management activities for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding process, including setting up new business documents, creating project timelines, and preparing materials for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance metrics, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for clients, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets are received and uploaded correctly, meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Provide support for special projects and events, including vendor coordination and logistics planning.
- Conduct research to identify trends and insights related to the advertising industry and media landscape.
- Develop professional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to colleagues and clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Proven experience in media account coordination or similar role within the advertising industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative.Seniority level
