Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite in a corporate environment.
  • Stage, provision, and deploy IT equipment following best practices.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
  • Configure and support mobile devices and audio / visual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity issues.
  • Create and follow KB articles.
  • Manage workload using ticketing software.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks independently and within a team.
  • Communicate technical info effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Provide remote 'Smart Hands' support for offsite teams.
  • Manage IT assets and conduct asset audits.
  • Offer premium 'White Glove' support for senior leadership and VIPs.
  • Guide and mentor team members on advanced procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of corporate computer support experience with emphasis on Microsoft Windows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills at an advanced level.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365.
  • Experience with imaging software and data migration tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Autopilot).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows architecture.
  • Experience with endpoint protection and encryption (BitLocker).
  • Proficiency with remote desktop support tools.
  • Ability to handle challenging support situations professionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work on-call and after hours as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

  • A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • ITIL Foundations
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Mac / Apple experience (a plus)
  • Basic network knowledge (Active Directory, Domain Trust)
  • Experience interfacing with clients and leadership.
  • Experience as an escalation point and mentoring others.
  • Compensation

    25.00 - $27.00 per hour
