Were looking for a hands-on Passive Fire Team Leader to join a leading Sydney-based fire protection company with a strong reputation across commercial projects.

The role is a split between on and off the tools work, so youll need to be confident both on site and in front of a laptop.

Most of the work is remedial, with a strong focus on installing and upgrading fire seals, dampers, and other passive fire systems.

What youll be doing :

Leading a small team on-site across various Sydney projects
Installing and remediating fire seals, dampers, and related systems
Quoting and scoping small works
Writing reports and logging jobs in Uptick
Occasionally meeting clients and managing site progress
Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on every job

What were looking for :

Strong background in passive fire particularly seals and dampers

Comfortable leading from the front and supporting a small team

Confident quoting, reporting, and using job systems (Uptick experience ideal)

Solid communication skills and client-facing experience

FPAS (Passive Fire) accreditation preferred but not essential
