Job descriptionSupportive Supervision : Dedicated 1 : 1 mentorship and clinical leadership to help set you up for success. Professional Development : Monthly internal PD + a generous personal PD budget. Study Leave : 2 paid study days annually. Resources Ready : All the gear you need, from tech to therapy tools. Customer‑focused Quality‑orientated People‑passionate Innovation‑driven Dynamic & Agile Full‑time or Part‑time hours (minimum of 3 days per week) Flexible scheduling with reduced travelling time. Paid Parental Leave : up to 8 weeks for the primary carer; 2 for secondary. Travel Reimbursement : 99c per km. Career pathways nationwide. NDIS Registration as a BSP (limited registration may be considered). A driver's licence and your own vehicle. WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain). Previous NDIS and community experience is desirable.
Behaviour Support Practitioner – LiveBig
We’re currently looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Campbelltown.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence‑based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
- Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g. NDIS Practice Standards.
