Description

The Senior Contracts Manager supports the ETCS Alliance framework for the Cross River Rail Project in Brisbane, Australia. This role is strategic and administrative, requiring a self‑motivated professional capable of managing end‑to‑end contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end contract management activities for a given works package, including upstream and downstream management.
• Prepare contractual correspondence for the customer and sub‑contractors as required.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with the upstream agreement with the customer.
• Liaise with customer organisation counterparts to manage change and governance processes.
• Support the procurement team to align downstream terms with upstream terms.
• Oversee sub‑contractor management to ensure downstream claims and variations are handled in accordance with the contract.
• Assess upstream change with the Contract Change Manager.
• Develop relationships within a collaborative Alliance setting.
• Provide data and input into monthly commercial reports and reporting forums (Monthly and Quarterly performance reviews).
• Present contractual information and briefings to senior alliance stakeholders.
