About the Role
As HSE Advisor – Training, Management Systems & Reporting , you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting safe delivery of capital works and day‑to‑day operations across commercial, industrial, retail, and build‑to‑rent assets. Reporting to the HSE Supervisor, you’ll provide technical advice, coaching, and system support to strengthen our approach to major hazards, psychosocial risks, and regulatory compliance—while building capability and ownership through structured training and induction programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, roll‑out and maintain the Asset Management HSE Training Needs Analysis, training programs, inductions, and awareness initiatives.
- Administer and maintain HSE management systems (Mirvac HSE System, Rapid, Interisk, iSystain).
- Delivery, maintenance and enhancements of HSE performance reporting.
- Deliver HSE technical coaching and guidance to asset, PMO, and technical teams.
- Support consistent contractor management processes, including prequalification, onboarding, and compliance.
- Design and roll out proactive risk‑based programs addressing major hazards and psychosocial health.
- Assist with incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are shared.
- Contribute to the Asset Management HSE strategy and return‑to‑work processes.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years’ experience in HSE rolesHands‑on experience delivering HSE training and inductions.Practical knowledge of HSE management systems and contractor compliance processes.Exposure to incident reporting and investigation.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.This role can be located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.#J-18808-Ljbffr
