What we are looking for

Experience

Minimum 3–5+ years in Geotechnical, Structural or Civil engineering.

Strong capability in design calculations, geotechnical interpretation, and developing practical engineering solutions.

Experience delivering or supporting deep foundation and screw pile projects.

Proven ability to support or lead teams across engineering, operations, or construction delivery.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.

NER and RPEQ registered or actively progressing toward accreditation.

CPEng highly regarded.

Technical

Extensive knowledge of soil behaviour, geotechnical design principles, and screw pile systems.

Ability to interpret geotechnical data, lab results, and field logs.

Strong analytical reasoning, structural understanding, and real-world engineering judgement.

Proficiency with engineering software and modelling tools.

Excellent report writing, documentation management, and technical communication skills.

Clear and confident communication with clients, drillers, operators, and internal teams.
