The Opportunity :

Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our National People & Culture team based in Sydney!

In this role you will provide recruitment support to internal stakeholders from start to finish, playing an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans.

Your innovative approach to sourcing and talent attraction will enable us to proactively attract and build a robust talent pool, ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the industry.

You will :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a broad range of roles. This includes posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.
• Proactively create talent pools, developing innovative sourcing and talent attraction techniques to identify and secure the talent required by the business
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Liaising with the broader People and Culture team to successfully manage the recruitment process through to employment offer and induction
• Contribute to People & Culture and Talent Acquisition projects e.g. employer value proposition, student internship program and others as required
