As Toolmaker / CNC Machinist at DefendTex, you will support the Engineering team to develop leading edge products and systems for use in tomorrow’s defence technology.

Experience and Requirements

• Manual machining practices
• CNC machining
• CAD / CAM software
• Selection of material for purpose
• Selection and application of tooling
• Trade qualified Fitter and Turner
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of Fanuc / ISO G Code
• Ability to satisfy Baseline Security Clearance
• As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline clearance
