The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option.
• Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships.
• Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club.
• Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.
• Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Minimum Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates :

• First Aid
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check

• Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships.
• Social media-savvy and understands how to use platforms to promote and grow a business.
