About the role

In this senior, client-facing position, you'll be at the heart of customised research programme, guiding projects from brief to delivery. You'll work across diverse industries, solving complex business and marketing challenges with strategic thinking and data-driven insight. From designing methodologies to managing multi-market studies, you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality outputs that clients can act on with confidence.

• Leading client relationships and understanding business needs in context of market and industry trends
• Designing and delivering tailored research solutions that uncover opportunities and optimise strategy
• Managing complex quantitative and qualitative projects, including mixed methodology and international studies
• Creating compelling deliverables (reports, personas, journey maps, playbooks) that inspire action
• Presenting insights and strategic recommendations that influence decision-making at the highest level
• Mentoring and developing junior researchers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
