Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Associate to join our friendly and experienced Geelong office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a diverse client base and challenging, rewarding work. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. A key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience, supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Work Injuries law , a proven track record of achieving exceptional client outcomes, sound legal technical skills, and experience managing their own file load. Strong decision-making, analytical abilities, and communication skills are essential. We welcome candidates with experience in personal injury law, and complex files.
