What you will do
Turn ideas into timelines, floor plans and supplier briefs
Lock venues, AV, lighting, styling and talent without the drama
Run bump in, call the show, manage guest flow, fix what breaks
Keep budgets sharp, paperwork clean and safety tight
Close with tidy reconciliations and wrap reports that tell the story
When there is no live event
Help with office ops, scheduling and administration tasks
Coordinate suppliers and update rate cards and rosters
Keep files, templates and asset libraries in order
Support budget tracking, POs, and reconciliations
Lend a hand on website and socials for event pages and galleries
What you bring
1+ years in events or similar administrative roles
Clean run sheets, crisp comms and real ownership
Supplier wrangling, eye for detail, taste for styling
Google Suite and Figma.
Early starts and late finishes when needed
Big brand launches, property unveilings and premium hospitality
