Are you a skilled communication professional who can craft and execute internal communications that engage and connect colleagues across the globe?

As our new Senior Communications Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging colleagues through broad internal communication initiatives and leader-led communication.

You will support key strategic priorities, help create a clear line of sight for the organisation, and contribute to fostering a strong sense of belonging across our diverse teams in more than 90 countries.

You will make an impact by :

Developing and driving internal communication initiatives that align with and support our corporate strategy and commercial agenda.

Further developing the right suite of channels and content formats to reach and engage colleagues around the globe, including group-wide launch of Viva Engage.

Crafting various internal communication assets, including articles, videos, and toolkits for leadership communication.

Supporting senior leaders in their communication role and collaborating with divisions and departments to ensure communication efforts are aligned and resonate across functions.

Providing sparring to local MarCom colleagues to ensure consistency and impact across global / local internal communication initiatives.

Collecting and analysing feedback data and using insights to continuously improve the impact of our internal communication efforts.

A strong communication professional passionate about engaging colleagues around the globe

We are looking for a strong professional with a versatile communication toolbox who can balance speed and high output cadence with quality and attention to detail.

You want to make an impact on the business by leveraging your experience and unique perspective, and you collaborate effectively across teams and borders.

Additionally, we expect you to have :

A relevant master's degree in corporate communications or journalism

5+ years of experience, preferably working in a listed company with an international presence

Excellent writing and message-crafting skills in native or near-native English

A strong track record of creating engaging content, including video, and delivering it effectively across a variety of channels

Proven experience in supporting senior leaders in their communication role

A proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to balance strategic oversight with swift execution

An international, big-picture perspective and experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.
