    As a

    • System Analyst
    • you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for reviewing and analysing services, processes, and technology to deliver effective technical solutions. Your role will involve designing components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodologies. You will identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs, creating multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and non-functional requirements.
    • You will model, simulate, or prototype the behaviour of proposed system components to enable approval by stakeholders. Producing detailed design specifications to form the basis for the construction of systems, and reviewing, verifying, and improving your own designs against specifications, will also be key responsibilities of this role. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for business system improvements.

    • Qualifications
    • Experience in systems development and configuration activities, with a working knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to digital systems.
    • Knowledge of contemporary techniques, concepts, standards, and processes appropriate for the development of digital systems.
    • Experience in coordinating change and release activities in a digital systems development context.
    • Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality standards while balancing competing priorities.
    • Proficiency in using office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus.
    • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on promoting teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.
