Aged Care Support Worker

DPV Health is a leading healthcare service provider delivering a wide variety of clinical, community health and wellbeing services across Melbourne’s northern growth corridor. DPV Health has been awarded the Premier’s Primary Healthcare Service of the Year in 2023 & 2024.

We are looking for experienced casual Aged Care Support Workers to join our Centre‑Based programs in Meadow Heights, Craigieburn, and Mill Park to :

• Develop and facilitate group programs that best suit the client’s needs and goals.
• Provide direct support for individuals during program delivery such as personal care, behavioural, physical, and social supports.
• Create a positive environment for all clients promoting both physical and emotional well‑being.
• Provide quality services and outcomes, by the relationships formed between staff, the people we support, their families and representatives.
• Provide emotional support by talking to clients about their needs and listening to their concerns.

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have :

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Clearance, have a full driver licence and be able to travel between sites. Experience and ability to drive DPV Health Buses (11‑seater) and a Level 2 First Aid Certificate are also required.
