Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual? Our busy clinic in North Strathfield is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8 : 30am and 5 : 30pm , with Saturday shifts on rotation .

Role Overview :

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Here's what you'll be doing :

Greet Patients : You'll be the first point of contact for patients at our reception desk. A warm smile and excellent customer service are essential!

Appointment Management : Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to maximize both customer service and clinic efficiency.

Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers. Your interpersonal skills will shine here!

Quality Service Delivery : Drive the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers. Your attention to detail matters.
