Receptionist

A leading prestige car dealership, offering a premium selection of high-end vehicles and first-class customer service are currently looking for a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist to join their team and provide exceptional customer service to discerning clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations, service appointments, and test drives.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming environment.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.

• Ensure that all customer information is recorded accurately and confidentially.

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing customer documentation.

• Support other departments with day-to-day tasks, as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or front-of-house role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service.

• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a prestige dealership.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with general office equipment.

• Ability to handle customer queries with tact, patience, and professionalism.

• A positive attitude and eagerness to go above and beyond for customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
