A leading prestige car dealership, offering a premium selection of high-end vehicles and first-class customer service are currently looking for a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist to join their team and provide exceptional customer service to discerning clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department.
Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations, service appointments, and test drives.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming environment.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
Ensure that all customer information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing customer documentation.
Support other departments with day-to-day tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-of-house role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a prestige dealership.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with general office equipment.
Ability to handle customer queries with tact, patience, and professionalism.
A positive attitude and eagerness to go above and beyond for customers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
