Clinical Care Partner (Registered Nurse)

Just Better Care is a leading provider of aged care services across Australia. With the implementation of the new aged care Support At Home program we are excited to recruit for a Clinical Care Partner (Registered Nurse). The position is preferably full time however a reduced full time equivalent may be considered. The position is based in our Warrnambool office.

Clinical Care Partners perform an integral role in ensuring individualised services are developed and delivered to customers based on their assessed clinical care needs in consultation with customers their family or guardians and key health professionals. Clinical Care Partners are responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing monitoring & reviewing individual care plans and associated health care plans.

While qualifications and experience are important equally as important is who you are as a person. We are looking for someone with a passion for relationship building and supporting customers.
