Job descriptionEnsuring payroll is completed to deadline Year End reconciliations and reporting Providing advice and support to stakeholders in relation to the interpretation and application legislation, polices and enterprise agreements Governance and reporting Payroll system configuration and maintenance Implementation of payroll controls Ongoing improvement of the payroll systems, workflows and processes Extensive experience of payroll systems In-depth payroll knowledge Previous supervisory experience Ability to recognise payroll errors A focus on continuous improvement
About the Company
Our client is a large Queensland-based infrastructure owner and operator. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Payroll Leader to manage their fortnightly payroll of 700 employees, with the assistance of two Payroll Officers.
