Location : North Melbourne (with flexibility for interstate travel)

Ascot Group a dynamic player in the construction industry is launching a strategic program to redesign and optimise how we procure engage manage and partner with subcontractors across all service streams. Were seeking an experienced Project Lead / Consultant to lead this initiative end-to-end ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding subcontractor procurement experience.

The Role :

• Process Design & Optimisation : Redefine workflows for subcontractor onboarding compliance and performance management.
• Experience Design : Create a seamless positive engagement model for subcontractors across all touchpoints.
• Procurement Transformation : Implement best-practice frameworks for contracts pricing and vendor management.
• Technology Integration : Leverage platforms like Worx AroFlo and EstimateOne to streamline operations.
• Change Leadership : Partner with executives divisional leaders and subcontractors to embed new ways of working.
