The Harvey Norman Oxley Bedding and Manchester Team are seeking a dynamic, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have a genuine desire to find the best outcome for our customers. Designing a beautiful space for our customers to sleep is only part of this exciting position. You'll play a key role in helping customers improve their sleep while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

To be successful you must:

• Have a passion for retail and an eye for design
• Be able to SELL with a highly motivated and results driven attitude
• Deliver outstanding service and communication
• Enjoy working in a team environment that is fast paced, where no two days are the same

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a sales focused, successful retail business
• A high level of interest in Bedding and Linen products and love putting together solutions
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades, weekend work essential
• Ability to speak Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable, however not essential
