For more information . About the role Located in central Dandenong, our Visa Medical Assessment Centre is easily accessible via Princes Highway or an easy 8-minute walk from Dandenong Station. Our new centre has been purposefully designed for functionality, customer experience and sustainability. Close to Dandenong market, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants the Centre offers a unique opportunity to work and live locally or commute and grab dinner (or the groceries!) on the way home from work. As our Medical Assessment Centre Manager, you’ll lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff in delivering our medical assessment services. You’ll be accountable for the financial, operational and clinical quality and safety of the Centre, including making sure we’re meeting our customer experience and contract KPIs.A typical day involves;ensuring the centre is financially viable through making sure expenditures are appropriate, suppliers are paid correctly, and staffing levels are optimisedchampioning the customer experience, through engaging, coaching, and listening to team members and customer feedback, to maintain an excellent level of servicemanaging customer escalations / upset customersmanaging contracted third party service providers to perform services to required standardsforecasting and planning to anticipate and meet current and future business needs.monitoring and managing the centre and employees’ compliance with : legal and regulatory standards, internal operating procedures, Bupa’s risk and compliance policies, compliance training, frameworks and regulatory requirementsYou will :
