Production Technician

Orthocell is an ASX listed regenerative medicine company located at Murdoch University, Western Australia. We focus on developing breakthrough products that harness the body's healing power to restore mobility, function, and performance. Our portfolio includes collagen medical devices and autologous cell therapies designed to enhance the surgical repair of bone, nerve, tendon, and cartilage.

Role Description and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Technician.

The Production Technician will actively participate in the manufacture of collagen medical devices in accordance with company procedures as well as agreed plans and timeframes. This role is pivotal in supporting the demands of a growing company expanding its product portfolio around the world.

Other responsibilities may include :

• Completion of manufacturing documentation and batch records.
• Reagent preparation (including handling of chemicals).
• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and cleanrooms.
• Participation in process improvement projects as required.
• Stocktaking and materials management.
• Participation in internal and external audits as required.
• Participation in training exercises.
• Providing assistance to other departments as required.
