Welcome to Summerland Farm, a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm in the Alstonville hills just 5 minutes from the centre of town. It’s a place where visitors come to taste, play, explore, and experience life on a real working farm and you could be part of the team that makes it all happen!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Retail & Tourism Assistants to join our crew. You’ll be part of a team running our café, grocer, restaurant, functions & events, adventure park and tours — no two days are ever the same!

Whilst this role is perfect for students, we also welcome applications from anyone 18+ who is keen to join us!

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming guests and delivering awesome customer service.
• Serving food, drinks and retail products.
• Helping run tours and activities.
• Working as part of a fun, supportive team.
• Learning new skills in hospitality, retail, and tourism.
