    We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Sales Agent eager to engage in every stage of the sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with one of the industry's most trusted names, alongside a dynamic, progressive, and enthusiastic team.

    The Role :

    Working Monday to Saturday, this exciting position is designed to fast-track your career, with the goal of becoming a fully-fledged sales agent within 18 months. Based in the heart of Parramatta, you'll assist with buyers, vendors, prospecting, and sales negotiations, gaining exposure to all aspects of the sales process :

    • Prospecting for sales leads
    • Database management
    • Handling phone and email inquiries from buyers
    • Conducting open homes and inspections
    • Attending marketing appointments and auctions
    • Client care and buyer follow-ups
    • Liaising with vendors, buyers, photographers, etc.
    • Sales negotiations

      • The Candidate :

    • Receive one-on-one training from an experienced, successful agent
    • Work within a supportive team of five
    • Must have high energy and an excellent attitude
    • Driven, ambitious, and hungry for success
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Hold a current Certificate of Registration, a driver’s license, and a car
