About the role :

At Repco, we aim to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) , your key responsibilities include :

Prioritize safety for yourself, teammates, and customers

Provide genuine service and create memorable moments for customers

Use your customer service skills to support positive sales performance

Maintain high standards of showroom presentation & merchandising

Process stock : receive, dispatch, & store

Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive culture

Note : This role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
