THE ROLE :

We are looking for a new F ood & Beverage Outlets Manager to oversee operations at Paper Crane, In-Room Dining, and Poolside service at Crystalbrook Riley. Join a dedicated and supportive hotel team where your passion for food and expertise in drinks shine. You will help lead the team and craft exceptional dining experiences that leave our guests craving more.

You will :

• Manage operations and collaborator effectiveness
• Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
• Providing a warm and genuine service experience
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
