About the Role

Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager to support and lead commercial negotiations for large-scale wind and BESS supply agreements in Australia. This is a contracts-focused role suited to a commercially minded lawyer or projects commercial specialist looking to build a long-term career on the OEM side of renewable energy.

The role involves close collaboration with internal commercial, technical and finance teams, as well as external legal advisors, and offers strong development into leading high-value OEM transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage negotiations of wind turbine and BESS supply and long-term O&M contracts
• Coordinate internal inputs across commercial, technical, finance and solutions teams
• Liaise with external legal counsel and consolidate legal and commercial positions
• Draft and manage NDAs, term sheets and related commercial documentation
• Support negotiations with developers, EPCs and project partners
• Track contract versions, risks and approvals through to execution
