ACC Southlands is a growing school community located in the beautiful city of Albany. There are approximately 330 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 on-campus with a further 700 students from Pre-primary to Year 12 in our Distance Education cohort. Although we are growing rapidly, we are focused on sustainably stewarding God’s creation and we have a heart that all students will be well known, well loved, and well taught. About the role

We are seeking a Christian school administrator to join our Distance Education team on a permanent, part time basis (2 days per week). If you are adaptable and able to thrive in a variety of environments,  have excellent people skills and the ability to learn technological platforms quickly,  we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the DE admin office and associated protocols.
• Be the first point of contact for phone, email, onsite staff and visitors.
• Triage questions and enquiries from the parent body and wider community.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure the smooth running of application process from the point of initial inquiry
• Support DE with administrative tasks and communication as required.
• Support staff with the running of events and the booking of meetings as required
• Maintain accurate attendance records in line with legislative and ACC requirements
