Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation Stunning single story 82 place service Opening hours of the service are - 6 : 30am-6 : 30pm, Monday-Friday Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career Flexible shift arrangements could be considered Personalised mentoring and coaching within the service Above award rate of pay including the 10% worker-retention payment Childcare discount for your own children Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - Telus Health Continuous learning and professional development through online learning platform Free ECA Membership Separate staff / planning room Staff birthday celebrations within the service Team building events + paid staff meeting Free flu shot available (optional) Onsite parking available Discounted Bupa Membership Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential) Must be available to work 5 days a week Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators Have strong communication skills written and verbal Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests

Our beautiful Redwood Park service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

- Full-time position
- Must have a Diploma in ECEC and 2 years experience in a similar role
- Leading our Toddler room
- As soon as possible start
