Our beautiful Redwood Park service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead educator to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
The Role :
- Full-time position
- Must have a Diploma in ECEC and 2 years experience in a similar role
- Leading our Toddler room
- As soon as possible start

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential)Must be available to work 5 days a weekExperience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 yearsA Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtainCurrent First Aid Certificate or willing to obtainContribute to exceeding outcomes for children and EducatorsHave strong communication skills written and verbalThorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programsBe confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interestsHOW TO APPLY :
