We’re on the hunt for a mature, experienced resi Property Manager who can step in and bring some order to a portfolio with a few loose ends to tie up.
If you love a challenge, take pride in tidying things up, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves for a few weeks – we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of 180 properties
- No routines required – just ingoings, outgoings, and day-to-day management
- No trust accounting or BDM work
- Using PropertyMe and Live 360 (for routines)
- 4 -6 week role (ASAP start for the right candidate)
- Eastern Suburbs location – everything’s close by
