Job Specification :

In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a dynamic team of assistants, dispensary technicians, and two other pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing the dispensary, stock control, PBS claims, and CPA programs
  • Administering immunisations and promoting forward dispensing practices
  • Leading and mentoring the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations
  • Delivering high-quality patient care and customer service

    • This role is ideal for someone with proven pharmacy management experience who is organised, patient-focused, and eager to lead a talented team.

    Skills Required :

  • General registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • Proven experience managing a community pharmacy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team
  • Proficiency with the Fred computer system
  • A commitment to exceptional patient care
