About You & The Role

At CSI, we’re all about empowering people to live life their way- and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different, and your work will include things like :

Personal care

Domestic assistance

Transport to appointments or activities

Social and community support

You might also support clients with complex needs – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.

What You’ll Need :
