The Opportunity

You’ll take the lead on the structures phase of a landmark high-rise project on the Gold Coast. With construction now at ground level, you’ll join an experienced site team to deliver one of Broadbeach’s newest skyline additions – two 30+ storey residential towers.

Completion is scheduled for late 2027, offering a secure and rewarding long-term opportunity within a respected and well-established construction group.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee structural trades and site coordination through to completion
• Drive quality, safety, and program adherence
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, and HSE team
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What You Bring

• Experience as a Foreman on large-scale multi-residential projects
• Strong understanding of high-rise structures and sequencing
