About the Role - Responsibilities & Requirements
The official title of the role will be “Client Success” encompassing your accountability to ensure successful staff (not just placement for a cheque) for our clients. You will be clients advocate working in Appetency Recruitment Services and Appetency Recruitment Services advocate for the client.

Responsibilities:
- Take accountability of your activities and result – ability to reverse engineer your targets to an annual plan
- Highly KPI driven environment for people who want to learn and perform
- Must have good understanding of IT / Technical recruitment and sourcing
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task/handle multiple roles
- Good interviewing skills to “really assess” both cultural and technical skills of the candidates
The role’s responsibilities can be split across 4 areas:
Strategic
- Ability to contribute to the growth strategy of the business
- Assisting with marketing promotions and providing ideas pertaining to sales strategies and the direction of the business
- New Product and service research and development
- Acting as an ambassador for the business
- Market research & documentation
- Convert long term vision down to a daily – weekly – monthly plan
Tactical
- Building exceptional long term relationships with the clients
- Understanding and documenting client environment, culture, etc
- New Business Development – capture new clients
- Conducting final candidate interviews as “the final authority” before presenting candidates to the clients
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and identifying/recommending the right salary package and fit
- Reverse marketing quality candidates to existing clients and prospects
- Site visits to facilitate relationship building and well-being checks on placements
- Client and Team management
Operational
- Operate from client location as internal HR
- Map out HR processes at various client
- Prepare HR and employee documentation
- Acting as an ambassador for the client’s business
- Act as “Final decision taking authority” before presenting the candidate to the client
- Capturing and documenting client requirements & software product requirements
- Collaborating with the technical/software development team to ensure clients process are automated as required
Experience Requirement:
- EXCEPTIONAL English & communication skills both oral and written
- PROVEN Business development and client engagement experience
- PROVEN relationship building experience
- 2-4 years of IT, Digital recruitment experience in an agency environment
- 1-2 years internal HR experience
- Previous technical experience is highly regarded but must have the ability to interview candidates in a various technical role to assess the right fit for the client
- RPO experience shall be highly regarded
- Technical certifications shall be highly regarded
- Ideal Candidate: Person with technical background/experience and with experience in HR/recruitment
