About the Role
Tresillian is pleased to announce this opportunity for a motivated and experienced Child and Family Health Nurse to join the Level 2 referral service through an innovative Mobile Van‑based model of service delivery.
The Tresillian2U Early Years Parenting Service (T2U) is provided from a fit‑for‑purpose van which will be based at Moruya and travels to Eurobodalla. The T2U service visits towns of lower population density within a designated area on a rotational basis providing individual consultations, group programs and community engagement activities. This unique service model provides greater access to care and support for families experiencing complex early parenting difficulties while being connected for clinical support through the Tresillian network of services.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team with an Aboriginal Health Worker, establishing key connections and opportunities for collaboration with local service providers to improve the pathways to care and support for families.
