Open every Wednesday to Saturday from 5 pm, Miami Marketta hosts free night markets filled with global street food, artisan retailers, and electric atmosphere. Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Venue Manager at Miami Marketta. The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and optimising sales. This role is based in Miami, QLD.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Training
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• RSA certification
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar management software is a plus
