We are seeking a highly motivated Educator to join our dynamic early learning program for children aged 3-5 years to explore and discover their world and support the joy of learning another language as part of our immersive language program.
Responsibilities
- Promote the foundations of a lifelong love of learning and embed German language learning opportunities through an immersive and intentional language program within the daily curriculum of the Centre.
- Work alongside an extraordinary team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators.
- Engage with children aged 3-5 years to support discovery and language learning.
Qualifications
ACECQA recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and CareCurrent ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications or willingness to obtainCurrent ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtainFluency in German and strong understanding of German cultureAvailability to work between 7.00am - 6.00pm; shifts on the ELC roster typically 7.20am to 6.10pmUnderstanding of current early education and care legislation and regulations including the EYLF and NQSSelf-motivation and initiativeDemonstrated strengths-based approach in working with children and their familiesSound ICT skillsBenefits
