Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Delivery Lead located in the Greater Ipswich Area. The Service Delivery Lead will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with team members, ensure service excellence, and address participant needs. Responsibilities include overseeing support services, maintaining compliance with NDIS standards, and leading initiatives to improve service delivery.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in NDIS support services and understanding of compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement service improvement initiatives
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant qualifications in disability services or related field
• Commitment to inclusiveness and community engagement
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
