• Mobile hydraulic cranes
• All terrain crane & rough terrain cranes
• Genuine parts and servicing
• After sales and technical support

Position

A Parts Interpreter role has now become available on the Sydney team. The role has the below responsibilities:

• Take incoming phone and email enquiries.
• Parts interpreting for customers.
• Provide technical support.
• Preparing quotes and submitting pricing.
• Liaising with head office and operations staff around parts availability.
• Organising transportation.
• Managing expectations around delivery timeframes.
• Stock control and orders.
• Other in branch responsibilities.

Candidate

The appropriate candidate for this role with come from a parts interpreting background from within automotive, cranes, trucks, heavy equipment, or mining. You may hold a Parts Interpreting qualification or have learnt your skills on the job.

Key candidate criteria are:

• Spare parts interpreter background
• Hard working, team player
• Autonomous and driven
• SAP experience (preferrable, not necessary)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple clients/ projects at anytime
• Reliable and trustworthy
