- Genuine parts and servicing
- After sales and technical support
Position
A Parts Interpreter role has now become available on the Sydney team. The role has the below responsibilities:
- Take incoming phone and email enquiries.
- Parts interpreting for customers.
- Provide technical support.
- Preparing quotes and submitting pricing.
- Liaising with head office and operations staff around parts availability.
- Organising transportation.
- Managing expectations around delivery timeframes.
- Stock control and orders.
- Other in branch responsibilities.

Candidate
The appropriate candidate for this role with come from a parts interpreting background from within automotive, cranes, trucks, heavy equipment, or mining. You may hold a Parts Interpreting qualification or have learnt your skills on the job.
Key candidate criteria are:
- Spare parts interpreter background
- Hard working, team player
- Autonomous and driven
- SAP experience (preferrable, not necessary)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple clients/ projects at anytime
- Reliable and trustworthy
