  • The Role
  • As a Product Designer, your role is to mentor Junior Designers and help Senior Product Designers to shape and execute the product vision. Through constant collaboration, using research and user-centric design processes you will bring product experiments from ideation to development. Delight our Clients with responsive and efficient solutions, which best support their business needs and encourage a highly engaged, long term partnership.

  • Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Product Designers in conducting quantitative and qualitative JobAdder user research to validate proposed product features with existing or potential users.
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designs
  • Create user-flows and wireframes to map out and proposed product design features.
  • Create user-interface designs of the proposed product features using Figma.
  • Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers, Product Managers and Development team to gain and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate on the maintenance of the Design Library and Design system.
  • Support Senior Designers to elaborate and conduct user testing for product prototypes to validate the user experience of proposed new features with existing users.
  • Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code.
  • Key Skills / Knowledge Required
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Design team members, Product Managers and developers
  • Formal education in Design, Interaction / UX Design or HCI
  • An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Research, Interaction and Visual Design, and prototyping.
  • Understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs
  • Experience working on consumer software products.
  • Experience in planning and executing user research studies, whether more traditional user testing or more experimental concept testing.
  • Accomplished research plans talking to customers.
