Our service offers specialist drug and alcohol doctors, nurses and allied health staff who respect the client\'s right to choose from a range of treatments offered with our services underpinned by a philosophy of harm reduction.

Your role

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to deliver comprehensive drug, alcohol, and psychosocial assessments that inform tailored treatment planning. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions designed to help patients achieve their agreed treatment goals related to substance use. Your expertise will play a vital part in guiding individuals toward improved health and wellbeing through compassionate, goal-oriented care. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive drug, alcohol and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to clinical handover processes.
• Provide case management, referrals, and follow-up in a public health setting.
• Assess and manage clinical and operational risk; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal patients, families, and communities to improve health outcomes for disadvantaged groups.
• Travel as required with a current driver’s license.
