Overview

Monadelphous is seeking HSE Advisors to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region, playing an essential role in the Coastal & West Pilbara team on recently awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide HSE advice and expertise to the site team.

Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training / awareness.

Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.

Ensure all HSE processes and activities – JHA’s, permits etc. – comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.

Provide hands‑on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV qualification in OHS and / or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar HSE role.

Previous contractor experience with BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto.

Well‑established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.

Well‑developed communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
