We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Advertising Specialist to join our growing team.

Salary Range :

$95,000 - $105,000 per annum

Role : Full-time

Location : Newcastle, NSW

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels to achieve client marketing goals.

Conduct market research and audience analysis to guide media planning, creative direction, and targeting strategies.

Create engaging and persuasive ad copy, visuals, and marketing collateral in collaboration with internal creative teams.

Manage and optimise campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic media networks to improve engagement and ROI.

Analyse consumer behaviour and performance data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and provide actionable insights.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROI) and present results to clients with data-driven recommendations.

Coordinate advertising production schedules, vendor relations, and budget tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Stay up to date with emerging advertising technologies, media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.

Uphold compliance with advertising standards, client brand guidelines, and ethical marketing practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Master's in marketing or related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in advertising campaign management.

Proven expertise in strategic marketing, media planning, and campaign optimisation across digital and traditional platforms.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Shopify Analytics.

Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, email marketing, copywriting, and integrated communications.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable advertising strategies.

Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
