• Gym Sales Representative
• you'll be the face of our brand and a key driver of our growth. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, converting prospects into members, and ensuring new clients have a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members and highlight benefits tailored to their goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the local community.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in local marketing efforts, outreach events, and social media promotions.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• fitness industry strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
