Registered Nurse - The Cove - Dudley Park

We are currently seeking experienced level 1.3 and above Registered Nurses to join our team at Brightwater :
The Cove :
Located in Dudley Park accommodating 131 private rooms that span across seven individual houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Expansive courtyard gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors.
On offer for the successful candidate are permanent part time work opportunities, working AM, PM and or ND shifts Monday to Sunday.
The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 2x shifts per week Monday - Friday.
The Role :
This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
To be successful, you will possess the following attributes :
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Deliver a strong clinical care service
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A NDIS Worker Screening check
