Your new role will involve :

• Demonstrated experience managing land development or strategic property projects in government an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external consultants / developers and the community.
• Ability to oversee budgets, financial returns and project milestones to align with approved business cases.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team, who are a high performing and motivated group.
• Analytical and investigative skills to assess feasibility resolve project challenges and drive strategic decision making.
• Ability to communicate and have a high level of competency in reporting with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and familiarity with record management systems.
