About the role

Whyalla Tiles & Hardware is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in Whyalla, South Australia. This full-time role will see you providing excellent customer service and product expertise to our valued customers. You will be an integral part of our business, contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers with product selection, providing recommendations and expert advice
• Facilitating sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of our product range and inventory
• Providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Supporting the Store Manager with administrative tasks as required
